Something broken?

A game won't load

Reload the page once. If it still fails, update your browser and turn hardware acceleration on in its settings. Most of the games need WebGL.

A game runs slowly

Close other tabs and plug your laptop in. Browsers slow down on battery.

My progress is gone

Your progress lives in this browser. Clearing site data or playing in a private window removes it.

I used to have credits

Credits are retired and every level in every game is open. Credits on an old account become a Founder badge and XP when levels launch. Credits saved only in a browser don't carry over.
